With over 30 years of experience leading engineering and technology teams in the supply chain industry, Tarek specializes in helping technical professionals develop the leadership skills needed to drive results and inspire teams.
At J.B. Hunt, he directed the Engineering & Technology Development Program, which has accelerated career progression for 130 engineers through structured mentorship and targeted skill development. He combines proven leadership frameworks with real-world application to help professionals and teams sharpen their influence, foster collaboration, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Tarek holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas and writes “The Authentic Path” newsletter, where he shares insights on leadership, growth, and career success.
