Lean Coffee is a structured and collaborative meeting format where participants prioritize and discuss topics of interest to create productive conversations. We'll spend the first 30 minutes in informal networking and dinner. At 6:30pm, we'll jump in to the Lean Coffee Table event.

Here's how it works:

• At the beginning of the meeting, everyone gets sticky notes and writes down topics or questions they want to discuss related to project management.
• We'll place the sticky notes on the wall as a visual representation of the topics to be discussed.
• Attendees will get three (3) stickers to place on the sticky notes to vote on the topics they find the most important or relevant.
• Group discussion will occur on the topics with the most votes in 5-10 minute increments.
• Once the time is up, we'll move on to the topic with the next highest number of votes, and keep going until we've covered the topics we have time for.

Registration for this event will be limited due to venue capacity. Food will be provided by the chapter, and PMI credential holders will earn one and a half (1.5) PDUs for attending.
