Come join us for an informal gathering at Shotgun Dan's Pizza on Thursday, June 29th from 5:30-7:00pm. This will be the first of many PMICAC "Lean Coffee Table" events that will be scheduled throughout the rest of the year. With over 350 members averaging 10 years practicing the trade...that is more than 3000 hours of real-life PM knowledge that you can leverage and share with your colleagues. Enter Lean Coffee Table.

Lean Coffee is a structured and collaborative meeting format where participants prioritize and discuss topics of interest to create productive conversations. We'll spend the first 30 minutes in informal networking and dinner. At 6:00pm, we'll jump in to the Lean Coffee Table event.

Here's how it works:

• At the beginning of the meeting, everyone gets sticky notes and writes down topics or questions they want to discuss related to project management.
• We'll place the sticky notes on the wall as a visual representation of the topics to be discussed.
• Attendees will get three (3) stickers to place on the sticky notes to vote on the topics they find the most important or relevant.
• Group discussion will occur on the topics with the most votes in 5-10 minute increments.
• Once the time is up, we'll move on to the topic with the next highest number of votes, and keep going until we've covered the topics we have time for.

Registration for this event will be limited due to venue capacity. Food will be provided by the chapter, and PMI credential holders will earn one (1) PDU for attending.
